- Please email us at shop@hedgren.co.id or through our Contact form outlining the reason for your return, together with pictures of the merchandise and your Order Reference Number within 2 work days upon receipt of items. - Upon confirmation of your return request, please send back the item/s to WAREHOUSE PT YUNA ASIA Jl. Kapuk Kamal Raya No.16, RT.2/RW.3, Kamal Muara, Kec. Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 14470 through courier within 2 Work days upon receipt of our confirmation.
- After we receive the goods, we will first check the condition of the goods when received at the warehouse. If the goods returned are in complete condition and without defects in accordance with the original packaging, we will refund the total value of the goods purchased via bank transfer or return according to the payment method when you make payment.
