Our medium backpack has two main compartments, one of which is lockable, making it ideal for your laptop. There are six exterior pockets, including two for water bottles or umbrellas, and five interior pockets, with spaces for paper, cables and cards (with RFID protection).
Webbing carry handles give you options for holding your bag, while the handle wrap makes it more comfortable in your hand. And comfort is key, which is why the back panel is ergonomically designed. The partially recycled fabrics are water-repellent, while the integrated rain cover protects from those heavier downpours. And of course, we’ve included our renowned smart sleeve that slips over your suitcase handle, perfect for travelling.

- Please email us at shop@hedgren.co.id or through our Contact form outlining the reason for your return, together with pictures of the merchandise and your Order Reference Number within 2 work days upon receipt of items. Please note that returns must include a complete unboxing video. No unboxing video, no returns, no exchanges and no refunds.
- Upon confirmation of your return request, please send back the item/s to WAREHOUSE PT YUNA ASIA Jl. Kapuk Kamal Raya No.16, RT.2/RW.3, Kamal Muara, Kec. Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 14470 through courier within 2 Work days upon receipt of our confirmation.
- After we receive the goods, we will first check the condition of the goods when received at the warehouse. If the goods returned are in complete condition and without defects in accordance with the original packaging, we will refund the total value of the goods purchased via bank transfer or return according to the payment method when you make payment. And it can also be exchanged for products of the same value.
- If your courier has a choice, we strongly advise you to insure the goods as you are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods and will be responsible for any damage until we receive them at our warehouse. In the event of a dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of delivery.
- If the goods sent are defective or different from what you ordered, we will also cover all shipping costs incurred. All merchandise to be returned must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
