- Upon confirmation of your return request, please send back the item/s to WAREHOUSE PT YUNA ASIA Jl. Kapuk Kamal Raya No.16, RT.2/RW.3, Kamal Muara, Kec. Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 14470 through courier within 2 Work days upon receipt of our confirmation.

If the goods returned are in complete condition and without defects in accordance with the original packaging, we will refund the total value of the goods purchased via bank transfer or return according to the payment method when you make payment. And it can also be exchanged for products of the same value.
